 As of May 21, Pastime Campground is OPEN to the general public.

Please stay in family groups and observe  6 ft. social distancing at the campsites, bathhouse and Park Office.

Masks should be worn when entering the Park Office.

We offer daily or monthly rates.  

There will be a $3 per night fee for any cancellation (exception through May 1) 

* There is a 14 day stay limit per season for primitive tent camping.

PASTIME CAMPGROUND

  • The campground is open  to November 1 for the 2020 season

  • Reservations are required, except for sites 6-10.   Only sites 6-10 are first come, first served sites

  • All sites have a picnic table and a fire ring

  • Wood is available for purchase at the camp office- $5 bundle

  • All sites include treated city water and electrical hook-up

  • All sites have 20/30 amp service, and many sites have 20/30/50 amp service (see map below- diamonds indicate 50 amp)

  • Sites 39 & 40 includes water, electrical and sewer hook-up

  • The primitive camp area is for tent camping only

  • There is a dump station in the park - FREE to registered campers

  • Dump station fee is  $5 per dump for non-registered campers

  • On site mobile dump service available on Tues & Thurs- $20 per dump. See office to make arrangements.

  • Available facilities near camp sites include:

    • Restrooms with shower facilities

    • Reservable (no fee)  shelter houses (3)

    • New in 2020- Playground

    • Beautiful Gazebo

    • Indoor Community Center - rentable for fee

    • Professionally designed 9-hole disc golf course

    • Half-mile walking trail

  • Basketball courts and sand volleyball courts are located at the south end of the park, and are free and open to the public. 

  • The Aquatic Center is also located at the south end of the park. 

  • Campers receive a discounted rate at the aquatic center. Proof of registration must be shown.

Sites 6 - 10 are all first come, first served or "Walk In" sites

(NO reservations required).

If they are not occupied, you may pull in, pay, and camp

  • When you enter the campground from North Chillicothe Street, you will see the Park Office which serves as our pay station.  

  • If the office is closed or after hours, please take a form and envelope from the box located on the side of the Park Office and choose an open site from 6-10.  

  • Please complete the form completely. 

  • Put the form along with your payment in the envelope and drop it in the payment slot located on the side of the Park Office.

PASTIME PARK RULES & COURTESIES

 

SPEED LIMIT – 5 MPH

 

PETS:  All pets must be on a leash and under control at all times.  They are not permitted in any building.  Cleaning up after your pet is mandatory.  Do not leave pets unattended outside.

 

TRASH: All trash must be bagged and disposed of in one of the trash containers by the front entrance.

 

CHILDREN:  All children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.

 

QUIET TIME:  10pm to 7am.   Loud or offensive noise will not be tolerated.

 

PRIVACY:  Please respect the privacy of campers by not walking or biking through or between occupied sites.

 

PLEASE! Have respect for the park and walking trail areas.  Help us keep it clean.  Absolutely NO cutting of trees or limbs.

 

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED IN THE PARK.

 

SMOKING:  Absolutely NO smoking in the buildings, and we would appreciate your putting your cigarette butts out completely and placing them in the garbage.
