The services of the Marysville Entrepreneurial Center (MEC) are now available to Plain City residents, business owners, and entrepreneurs at no cost! The MEC specializes in helping entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small businesses refine their business concept, develop business plans, implement successful marketing techniques, and set successful business strategies. The MEC can also connect users to local attorneys, bankers, marketing consultants, IT providers, HR professionals, and others.

ECDI
ECDI is dedicated to assisting entrepreneurs at all stages of their journey and helping them enhance both their businesses and business skills. ECDI offers a range of services to cater to the diverse needs of entrepreneurs. They provide free support, including mentoring, training, and more, ensuring that all entrepreneurs have access to valuable resources.

Richwood Marketing
Richwood Marketing is a provider of creative services, specializing in serving small businesses in rural communities, including Richwood Bank business customers and other community banks. SCORE
SCORE is made up of experienced volunteer business professionals that provide free and confidential advice and mentorship to entrepreneurs on starting, managing, and growing a business.

Small Business Administration 
The U.S. Small Business Administration provides help with SBA services including funding programs, counseling, federal contracting certifications, and disaster recovery. They can also connect you to partner organizations, lenders, and other community groups that help small businesses succeed.

Small Business Development Center at Columbus State Community College
Part of America’s SBDC national network, the SBDC at CSCC supports 9 counties in the Central Ohio Region and provides entrepreneurs with advising, training, specialty services, and more.  They host a program called B.A.S.E., which stands for the Basis of a Successful Enterprise. B.A.S.E. will help you discover what it will take for you to build a business around your dreams and passion. Not just any business, but a business that will allow you to live, thrive, and become a successful entrepreneur.
