All Plain City residents over the age of 18 who receive taxable income are required to file an annual tax return and to pay the 1.5% Plain City income tax. See the taxable vs. nontaxable income page here.
There is no credit given for taxes paid to other cities. If your employer does not withhold the Plain City income tax and your annual liability is greater than $200.00, you are required to pay quarterly estimates. The Declaration of Estimated Tax section on the annual income tax return should be completed so that quarterly estimate statements can be mailed to you.
