We focus our economic development efforts on supporting existing businesses to ensure their long-term growth and success, assisting entrepreneurs and business start-ups, and attracting new businesses that create job opportunities while providing much-needed goods and services. Our Planning & Zoning Division plays a vital role in shaping the physical character of Plain City. With careful consideration, we design and implement land-use and building regulations to ensure orderly development, and work directly with residents, developers, and businesses to ensure that Plain City develops in a smart and sustainable fashion.
