The six-member, Plain City Village Council, meets at 7pm on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. Meetings are open to the public and held at the Pleasant Valley Township Fire Station Community Room located at 650 W. Main Street.
Many interesting and important village issues are discussed and decided during these sessions.

Each visitor on the agenda is allotted two minutes per topic to address Village Council.
