The Plain City Police Department currently employs nine full-time Police Officers consisting of the Chief, one Lieutenant, one Sergeant, one Detective and five Patrol Officers, including our K9 handler and K9 Andor.  In addition, we have a part-time officer and a reserve officer who support the police department and community in a variety of ways.  The Village of Plain City lies within two counties (Union & Madison) and serves a growing community of approximately 4,500 residents.  The Police Department strives to maintain an excellent relationship with its citizens and strongly believes in the value of community policing.
