
PARK / FACILITY RENTALS
The Village offers many reservable spaces for your next event!
At Pastime Park, there are 3 shelters, a gazebo and a for fee rentable indoor facility, The Youth Building. For your convenience, all shelters have charcoal grills and handwash/water fountain stations. The South Shelter, Gazebo and the Cattle Barn Shelter also have electric. The North Shelter does not have electric.
Shelters are FREE to the public, but to ensure availability must be reserved

Cattle barn - large, graveled floor, close to restroom facility (has electric)

Gazebo- located in the middle of the park (has electric)

Youth Building
Refrigerator, 2 bathrooms, stage, heated not air conditioned. Can accomodate 90.
Has 15 - 8 ft. tables and 90 chairs


The Loft at Church St.
Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, heated & air conditioned. Can accomodate 30.
Has 6 round 60"tables, 2 6ft rectangular tables and 36 chairs.

INDOOR FACILITIES
The Village offers 2 indoor rental facilites:
The Youth Building in Pastime Park
The Loft at Church Street
The Youth Building
The Youth Building can accommodate up to 90 people and offers two restrooms, a stage area, a refrigerator, fifteen 8 ft. tables & 90 chairs. It is heated but not air conditioned. There is no kitchen. There is a rental fee and a cleaning deposit that may be refunded if cleaning directions are followed.

Deposit will be credited back to the credit card used to reserve the building if building is cleaned according to check off list and key is returned.

Once you have booked the Youth Building, the key must be picked up the Friday before your event if it is on the weekend, or the day before your event if it is during the week, between the hours of 8am - 4pm at the Municipal Building, located at 800 Village Blvd.

When your event is over, please follow the clean up list and fill it out in order to get your deposit refunded back to your credit card.

After clean up, drop the key and clean up list into the NIGHT DEPOSIT at the Municipal Building- 800 Village Blvd.

Refunds should show up on your credit card within 2-5 business days

Cancellation within 48 hrs. of rental will result in forfeiture of rental fee. Deposit will be refunded at time of cancellation.

Please note- NO tape may be used, except for command strips. Using tape will forfeit your deposit.

No alcohol allowed in the Youth Building or in the park

The Loft at Church Street
The Loft is an open, beamed second story rentable space, located at 134 Church St in the heart of Uptown Plain City. The space is only accessible via stairs, there is no elevator. It can accomodate 30 people and has a kitchen including a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. There are 2 restrooms, a main room, side room, WIFI, bluetooth speakers, and the space is heated and air conditioned.

Rental fee and deposit paid in full at the time of booking.

Once you have booked The Loft, the key must be picked up the Friday before your event if it is on the weekend, or the day before your event if it is during the week, between the hours of 8am - 4pm at the Municipal Building, located at 800 Village Blvd.

Please note that any damage to the facility in excess of the deposit will be paid by Lessee of the facility. No Exceptions

Beer & wine is permitted for private events, but only if a permit is applied and paid for and granted by the Village at least 2 weeks before your event.

For Large Scale Events in Pastime Park there are
Whole Park or Partial Park Rentals
Whole Park Single Day Rental, Whole Park Multi Day Rental, and Rental of Park Area A or Area B are also available. See rates below. Park Area or Full Park rentals cannot be done online. Please contact Parks & Recreation Director, Linda Granger, at 614-873-3527 x108.
