1-17 - An ordinance rezoning 117.9 +/- acres located to the North/Northwest intersection of Converse Huff Road and NE Plain City Georgesville Road from rural ("RU") to a planned development district ("PRD") to be known as the Darby Fields Development.

 

2-17 - An ordinance amending ordinance 31-13 and reducing the sewer surcharge fee to recover costs associated with the debt retirement of the municipal sewer plant and declaring an emergency.

3-17 - An ordinance approving a written post-issuance compliance policy in connection with the issuance of tax-exempt and tax-preferred obligations by the Village of Plain City.

4-17 - An ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in the amount of not to exceed $1,920,000 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, expanding, repairing, rehabilitating and otherwise improving the municipal water system; acquiring, replacing, constructing and installing collection lines and mains for the same; acquiring and installing new water meters and mapping systems; and acquiring all facilities, equipment and appurtenances as my be necessary in connection therewith; and authorizing and approving related matters.

5-17 - An ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in the amount of not to exceed $700,00 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, expanding, repairing, rehabilitating and otherwise improving the municipal sewer system; acquiring and installing equipment, vehicles, and mapping systems for the sewer system; and acquiring all facilities, equipment and appurtenances as may be necessary in connection therewith; and authorizing and approving related matters. 

6-17 - An ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in the amount of not to exceed $1,060,000 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of renovating and improving existing facilities for municipal police and administrative purposes, including all necessary and proper site improvements and appurtenances thereto; and furnishing and equipping the same; and authorizing and approving related matters.

7-17 - An ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in the amount of not to exceed $511,000 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, and paving streets and related public infrastructure, including, but not limited to, curb and gutter repair on Carriage Drive; and including, all necessary and proper appurtenances thereto; and authorizing and approving related matters. 

8-17 - An ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in the amount of not to exceed $310,000 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, installing, equipping, and improving park facilities, including but not limited to, renovation and improving park restrooms and a youth building; furnishing and equipping the same; and including all necessary and proper appurtenances thereto; and authorizing and approving related matters.

9-17 - An ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in the amount of not to exceed $99,000 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of acquiring vehicles and related equipment for Village purposed; and authorizing and approving related matters.

10-17 - An ordinance to establish chapter 724, and sections 724.01, 724.02 and 724.99 within Title Seven (Business Regulation Code) of the Codified Ordinances; and, amend section 1183.04, within Title Eleven (General Development Standards) of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Plain City regarding prohibitions on medical marijuana cultivators, processors and retail dispensers. 

11-17 - An ordinance amending Codified Ordinance chapter 509 to establish Codified Ordinance 509.10 to provide regulations for excessive noise. 

12-17 - An ordinance amending Codified Ordinance 505.01 to provide for the requirement that all dogs brought upon public property must be restrained by a leash or tether.

13-17 - An ordinance amending Codified Ordinance Chapters 929 and 933 amending sections 929.02, 929.06, 933.08 to provide for administrative posting of water rates, sewer rates, surcharges, capacity fees and regulations.

14-17  - An ordinance to approve current replacement pages to the Plain City Codified Ordinances and declaring an emergency.

15-17 - An ordinance establishing Village Codified Ordinance Part I, Chapter 136 and establishing the position of full time Engineer.

16-17 - An ordinance repealing and replacing Village Ordinances 139.01 and 139.03 providing for the residency requirement of the chief of police, staffing, organization and chain of command of the Plain City Police Department.
