A Message from Chief McKeechief mckee - CopyWelcome to the Village of Plain City Police Department’s website. We appreciate your interest in our agency and encourage you to visit here often for a variety of information that we hope you will find useful. Hopefully, this information will assist you in getting to know your police department better.

The Plain City Police Department strives to adhere to its Mission Statement. To make this possible it requires that the police department maintain the positive relationship that we have established with the community. It is my desire, as well as all of the officers of the police department, that this relationship continues to foster and grow as we move toward the future.

Our goal is to allow you and your family to live in a safe environment. A society free of crime, violence, and accidental injury is not attainable; however, if both the community and the police work together to find ways to effectively promote safety and security, we can ensure that the quality of life we each desire can be attained. If you have any additional ideas or concerns, I encourage you to either email me or call the police department at 614-873-2921.

Sincerely,

Chief Dale McKee
